Shipping Policy

  • All parcels are delivered by courier service. ACS Store pick up or at your door delivery is available. 

  • All transit times are subject to courier transport conditions and volume of parcels traffic.

  • If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.

  • We are not responsible for wrong addresses or uncollected orders.

  • In case the courier service returned the parcel due to wrong address, we will contact buyer immediately through phone or email. Shipping fees are payable by buyer for re-delivery. The order is considered complete if there is no reply at all for 7 days. 

  1. When will I receive my order?

After your order is verified and payment has been cleared, we will pack and deliver your order within the following time frame:

2- 3 working days (Except Sundays and Public Holidays) for ACS store pick-up

3-5 working days (Except Sundays and Public Holidays) for door delivery.

  2.What are the delivery rates?

Delivery charges for ACS store pick up is 2.5 euro (Order of 50 euro and above will be eligible for **FREE Shipping)

Delivery charges for delivery to your door is 4 euro (Order of 70 euro and above will be eligible for **FREE Shipping

  3. Can I cancel my order after order has been packed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been packed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We would want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from our online store. It’s OK if you choose a wrong product.

You are eligible for return request, with choices of exchange with same product or refund in the form of online credit with the following conditions:


  • Exchange will be sent once the return is received.

  • Customer bears the return and re-delivery shipping costs.


  • Full refund except the initial shipping costs will be issued upon receiving the product/s.

  • Refunds will be processed as online credit on the account of the customer within 7 business days.

  • Processing fees will be deducted should it occurred during the refund.

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs.

 Defective / Wrong product/s

  • In any rare case, a product/s is defective or wrongly sent, we will bear all the shipping costs.

  • For a defective or totally wrong product/s, a new shipment will be sent upon receiving the proof of the returned product/s.

  • If it is a right product/s with missing parts only, the parts will be shipped after contacting us.

Returned product/s exemption

Product/s that are exempt from being returned.

We cannot refund open products of any kind. Therefore, please ensure that you make your purchase selections carefully. 

Sometimes your pet just doesn’t like the new product you might have purchased. Sorry No Refund/Return for this case.
